Subsidy vouchers available

Sole traders and small and medium-sized enterprises can still claim up to £2,500 worth of government vouchers when they upgrade to gigabit full fibre.

The government is committed to a vision of a full fibre Britain and launched a £67 million Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme (GBVS) in March 2018. One gigabit is the same as 1,000 megabits so it’s a huge improvement in connection speeds.

Gigabit vouchers can be used by small and medium sized businesses and the local communities surrounding them to contribute to the installation cost of a gigabit- capable connection.

Businesses can claim up to £3,000 against the cost of connection either individually or as part of a group project. (Residents can benefit from the scheme as part of a group project which also includes businesses, and can claim for a voucher of up to a value of £500.)

One gigabit is the same as 1,000 megabits – so it’s a big leap forward in connection speeds that could benefit you and your business into the future.

Call Flow, through its full fibre brand called Trooli, is a registered supplier on the scheme. Trooli builds its own full fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) networks, and has guaranteed ultrafast services for businesses starting at £65 + VAT per month. Find out more from their guide to the Gigabit Broadband Vouchers.

Don’t miss your chance to upgrade and equip your business for the demands of a more digital future. Check if you’re eligible for a voucher and see how to get connected: https://gigabitvoucher.culture.gov.uk
