What are call flow’s mail server settings?

For email addresses ending in @cfsbroadband.co.uk (please note that these are no longer available to purchase)

Incoming Mail Server (POP3) : mail.cfsbroadband.co.uk

Username : full email address

Password : specified in your welcome pack

Outgoing Mail Server : smtp.cfsbroadband.co.uk

For email addresses ending in @cfs-broadband.co.uk (please note that these are no longer available to purchase)

Incoming Mail Server (POP3) : mail.cfs-broadband.co.uk

Username : full email address

Password : specified in your welcome pack

Outgoing Mail Server : mail.callflowsolutions.net

All of our email services use the default/standard port settings for email access.

POP3 – 110 (incoming)

SMTP – 25 (outgoing)

Our outgoing servers do not require password authentication. This option should not be selected when configuring your email account.

For email addresses ending in @callflow.uk (please note that these are available to purchase)

This is an Exchange Email Addresses

For all other non- Call Flow email addresses:
