09:10 – We’re aware of an issue impacting landline services in the Mereworth/West Peckham area. Openreach have acknowledged this and have advised this has been caused by a copper theft in the area. They are advising that the current estimated fix time is 18/04. We will post additional updates as we get them and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, Openreach have announced that from the 5th September 2023, they will no longer be providing new phonelines to other providers. This does mean that we are unable to connect any new customers to our network from this date, unless your phone line is already provided by Call Flow.
