  • This package has download speeds of 30Mbps and upload speeds of 2Mbps.
  • There is a 300GB monthly data usage limit, if you were to go over your monthly usage limit then you will be charged at 20p per GB you go over.
  • You must not use any other router or equipment other than that supplied by Call Flow Solutions Ltd, ‘to terminate/authenticate’ Call Flow Solutions Ltd broadband.
  • Our Service Activation Team will be in touch after you have completed your order to discuss the next steps.
  • The new fibre optic connection into your premises will be built in two stages: the External Installation and the Internal Installation.
  • The External Installation will typically be completed by Call Flow within 4 weeks of order. This brings the fibre optic cable to a small box that Call Flow will place on the external wall next to the location of the existing telephone line into your premises.
