- The new fibre optic connection into your premises will be built in two stages: the External Installation and the Internal Installation.
- The External Installation will typically be completed by Call Flow within 4 weeks of order. This brings the fibre optic cable to a small box that Call Flow will place on the external wall next to the location of the existing telephone line into your premises.
