Coxheath, Loose, Boughton Monchelsea – Outage

 

27/02/21

10AM – Openreach have now started works on the telegraph pole replacement. All customers in Coxheath, Loose, Boughton Monchelsea will have no connection whilst this works takes place.

2PM – Openreach are still working on the telegraph pole replacement.

4PM – Telegraph pole has now been replaced however there is still damage that needs repairing. Works to be completed on Monday 1st March 2021.

 

26/02/21

10AM – We are currently aware of an issue in Coxheath, Loose, Boughton Monchelsea  which is impacting all customers in the area.

1PM  – A traffic incident has caused the telegraph pole to snap which has caused damage to our overhead fire cables.

2PM – Openreach are required to repair/replace the telegraph pole. This will take place over the weekend and a further update will be on Monday 1st March 2021.
