Fix for Mirai Worm

Call Flow have identified that both the Billion 6300 NXL and 9800 VNXL routers are susceptible to the Mirai worm. We have worked with the router manufacturer to produce a fix.

Billion 6300 NXL

 

Please see the guide for Billion 6300 NXL Router. As you will not have an internet connection whilst doing this you will need to save this PDF so you can refer to it. You can save this onto your device by right clicking on the open PDF and clicking “save as”.

Please note, Call Flow do not believe any WIFI credentials have been compromised. However, should you wish for your WIFI password to be changed, please let us know by emailing [email protected] or calling us on 0800 280 0590 selecting option 2.

The updated firmware can be downloaded and installed manually following the guide.

Please ensure the folder is unzipped before downloading.
