A quick look back

Call Flow was established in 2002 by Andrew Conibere, an engineer who had accumulated the knowledge and skills to build telecommunications network infrastructure in areas that were not receiving sufficient investment from the major telecommunications operators.

He believed that everyone should have access to the new broadband technologies, and was passionate about using his expertise to invest in areas that were getting left behind. Call Flow’s first networks were all in Kent and we now successfully serve parts of East Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire, with many more locations planned.

Forward thinking

As the years have passed, Call Flow has adapted to provide services that meet the growing demand for superfast and now ultrafast broadband. We’ve become one of the largest UK providers of what is called ‘Sub Loop Unbundling’. This is where we build our own street cabinets and network to provide superfast Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) services where BT has decided not to invest in this technology (so the BT Infinity services are not available). 

Future-ready

In 2017, we started the first of many exciting ultrafast fibre deployments. Our ultrafast fibre is a brand new network that uses only fibre optic cables, not the old copper lines. These networks are delivering speeds of up to 1 Gigabit/s to each customer, and in the years to come can support even higher speeds if needed.

Our head office is still situated at the heart of our network in Kent, where the adventure began. We aim to provide the highest level of service and customer care and believe our local workforce, with its local knowledge, makes a positive difference.

We work closely with the communities that are already covered by our networks, as well as with those that are seeking to benefit from our state-of-the-art infrastructure in the future.
